An expert in sustainability strategy and implementation, Jennifer has been developing social impact and environmental initiatives for nearly two decades as a consultant and senior leader at global corporations and national nonprofit organizations.
Jennifer is an ESG Strategy instructor at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business where she teaches the latest Environmental, Social & Governance methodologies to corporate professionals and those exploring this rapidly-evolving industry.
Jennifer holds professional certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy (Harvard Business School, Online), Corporate Social Responsibility (University of Colorado) and GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting (GRI Academy). She is an avid proponent of corporate purpose, workplace diversity, equity & inclusion, and integrating environmental and social sustainability practices into all facets of business.
Jennifer is the ESG Program Lead at Splunk (a Cisco company), responsible for ESG reporting and ratings, including Splunk’s annual ESG publications. She recently served as the Director of Corporate Citizenship at PopSockets in Boulder, Colorado where she developed an award-winning, global social impact initiative, managed a multi-million dollar philanthropy budget and began benchmarking, measuring and implementing environmental sustainability efforts. Jennifer has also directed purpose communications, cause marketing, impact reporting and employee volunteering. Earlier in her career she was Vice President of Marketing & Development for two national human services and arts organizations.
